Great location, right next to Terminal 21 mall and close to public transportation. Beautiful lobby, rooms are clean and have stunning city views. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent swimming facilities, including infinity pools and jacuzzis. Convenient access to a variety of shops, food courts, and entertainment options. Easy transportation from the airport.

Felt like royalty, no reason to complain.

The hotel's location right at the BTS Asok station and next to the shopping centre made it convenient for getting around this city. The modern rooms were clean and well-stocked, and the hotel facilities like the swimming pool and free coffee machine in the lobby were great. The staff were attentive, polite, and helpful, providing superb service.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops, the BTS Asoke station, and Terminal 21 Mall, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with great views of the city. The staff is friendly and the wifi is reliable. There are complimentary snacks and drinks available, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.

The hot water in the bathroom can be inconsistent, turning from hot to cold quickly and making it difficult to achieve the right temperature.

This hotel is definitely a luxurious gem, from exclusive amenities to great service. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi offered were just what I needed for relaxation. the sun terrace, garden area and outdoor swimming pool with a view were heavenly, and the private facilities were exceptional. the restaurant, poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area contributed to the amazing experience.

Everything else was superb, from the room advantages to the location advantages.

The hotel is amazing. the service is impeccable. the staff attend to all our needs with a smile, always being polite and friendly. the Spa and wellness centre is a delightful surprise; it is like entering an oasis of peace and tranquility. the sauna and steam room help you get rid of all your tensions, and the massage leaves you feeling like a new person. the swimming pool has a breathtaking view of the city, and the sun terrace has comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area is well-maintained and the poolside snack bar is a great addition.

The only minor issue we had was that sometimes we had to wait a little longer for the back massage, but it was not really a big deal. our luxurious needs were met, and we had a delightful stay.
